1. There are 2 ways to make fee payment
- Challan Payment (OFFLINE) - Payable at any CBI Branch.
- Online Fee Payment by Net Banking / Visa / Master Credit / Debit Cards
- If you choose to pay the fees in CASH through challan at any CBI Branches, then there is NO EXTRA CHARGE collected on the fee amount.
- Online Banking
- A. Online Gateway 1 (CBI Bank)
- For Credit Card (VISA/MASTER) : 1.50 % + applicable taxes
- For Debit Card(VISA/MASTER) : 0.75 % + applicable taxes (For Transactions below Rs. 2000)
- For Debit Card(VISA/MASTER) : 1.00 % + applicable taxes (For Transactions above Rs. 2000)
- Net Banking : Rs.20/Txn+ applicable taxes (For SBI & associates /ICICI/AXIS/HDFC Bank )
- Net Banking : Rs.15/Txn+ applicable taxes for all other banks (For PSU and private )
- Service Tax as applicable.
- If there are any additional charges levied by your card vendor for this purpose, it will be an additional cost to be borne by you as applicable.

- We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE VISHWAVIDYALAYA Bilaspur account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
- If the card supplier declines payment the ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE VISHWAVIDYALAYA Bilaspur is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
- In no event will the ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE VISHWAVIDYALAYA Bilaspur be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
- If the transaction has FAILED for some reasons, you are REQUESTED TO WAIT for THREE DAYS before trying for payment again, please contact accounts department for any discrepancy of online fee faced by you with reference to any of your transaction.
